THE GOOD: The floor looks amazing. The installer did a great job of explaining the steps, and was very professional. Job site was clean and the company communicates well. Online payment made paying easy. Needs Improvement: We had a bit of trouble getting started. Materials were not ready on install day due to an inventory problem, which caused a change in color and a delay in start time. However, the company did a good job communicating about the issue, and was happy to move the install day, and offered to drive to Atlanta to pick up materials.
